- Submit current child passport.  If the child already has a passport which required to be renewed then it must be submitted.
- Two passport photographs.  Passport applications must include two identical colour photographs of each applicant recently taken. Passport photographs must comply with the British Identity and Passport Service requirements.
Birth certificate.  For new child passport you will have to provide the original birth certificate.  Copy of the birth certificate will not be accepted.
Authorisation letter. Parents or Guardians will also have to complete a letter of authorisation to process the application on behalf of the child.
